This restaurant reopened and we though we would give it a try since we lost our favorite Chinese restaurant. The service was friendly and the food was good. We had the silver dragon sampler and extra egg rolls. The egg rolls were huge and filled with veggies. The subgum was delicious and the egg foo young was the best my husband and father in- law has had.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I am from California and every time my I am in Washington or Oregon I make sure to come. (Seriously will drive hours) Been coming for about 5 years and the great service and lemon chicken have not changed. Also, my stepdad (grew up in Oregon) has been a customer here since it opened about 20 years ago and he loves this hidden gem of a restaurant. We always order wontons, lemon chicken, & rice- seriously the best meal. I will always recommend this place.

I was hoping that since the Silver Dragon was closed for awhile that they'd come back with a nice remodel, better service and cleaner establishment. I was sadly disappointed. We were seated with a flapping down of waters (sloshed everywhere) and silverware and napkins we were to distribute ourselves. When I ordered cashew chicken, the waiter said no not good you want almond chicken, and proceeded to describe something with gravy. Said it was good. Annnd no... it was a chopped up chicken breast with crispy egg roll batter covered in gravy and slivered almonds sooo nope I'll not be going there again. Or at least not ordering that!! Sigh. I was so hopeful.

This place has been hit and miss for years. The food was... Ok. The combination options TRASH and no substitutions were allowed. The highchair they let us use was broken in 2 places so i had to be cautious. The waitress was a little rude. The general tso sauce on the chicken was great but the chicken had tons of dark meat and LOTS of fat that should have been trimmed off the chicken. The food came quickly and seemed fresh... when i went to add salt to their very bland egg flower soup.. lol no salt came out.. because the salt shakers hadn't been cleaned in so long salt was caked on the tips and didn't allow any to come out.

The mar far chicken and a double side of pan fried noodles will ALWAYS be my order. They have been closed just over a month due to a kitchen fire. I'm almost certain they are permanently closed.... but we shall see if they reopen after the new year.
UPDATE!!!!!!!!
it has now been over two months and they are NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. They are PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Please mark this business as "permanently closed"
